Doral, Florida is in north-central subdivision that is part Miami-Dade in Florida. It is just west of Miami and is named after the well known Doral golf and spa resort that was established surrounding subdivisions in the sixties.

Admirals Port Aventura

This older, affordable luxury condo in the lively, upscale community of Aventura was built in 1974 and boasts city and intracoastal views. The size of the units range from 1060 to 2130 square feet and range in price from $69,900 to $399,000.

It is a box shaped 22 story white concrete building that consists of 305 two and three bedroom suites that is surrounded by lavish plantings of palm trees and landscaped creeks and paths. This concrete block stucco condo is of historical importance as it was here before Aventura was even named a city in 1995. Many of the suites have balconies and are carpeted, although some units have wood or cork flooring. Most have five appliances and all have central air conditioning and central heat. The appliances in most of the units are electric, not gas.

This recently renovated building is famous for its view of Little Maule Lake, the city and the coast. It has several tennis courts, a basketball court, 24 hour security, valet parking and a courtesy bus. The tower is not crowded by other buildings which gives it a breezy feeling with great views of the sky and view.
